Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Flying Car AI Video ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of flyingcaraivideo.com. By using the website, creating an account or buying credits, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the Service Does

Flying Car AI Video is a Flying Car AI Video Generator. You upload one photo of a vehicle, pick a stunt template, and an AI video model creates a short silent MP4 in which your vehicle performs the stunt shown in the template's reference clip.

• Templates only. Every template has a fixed reference video and a fixed prompt. You cannot write your own prompt or upload your own reference video.
• Vehicles only. The subject must be a vehicle such as a car, van, truck or motorcycle. Before any credits are charged, each photo is checked automatically. Photos that show a person, a face, or no vehicle are rejected.
• AI results vary. AI models produce different results each time. We do not guarantee that a video will look exactly like the template, keep every detail of your vehicle, or be free of visual errors.
• Fictional content. Results are computer-generated stunts that did not happen. They are labeled as AI-generated, and you must not present them as real footage.

We may change, add or remove templates, models and features over time.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or buy credits.
• You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
• Do not create multiple accounts to abuse free offers, refunds or rate limits.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits. Generating a video costs credits: 50 credits for a 480p video and 100 credits for a 720p video, whatever the template length. The current price is always shown on the pricing page and in the generator before you start.
• Credit packs. Credits are sold as one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Purchased credits do not expire.
• When credits are charged. Credits are deducted when a video starts rendering. If a video fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Payments. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Price changes. We may change prices or credit costs for future purchases and future videos. Changes never affect a video that is already rendering.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Your Photos and Your Videos

• Your rights to the photo. You may upload a photo only if you took it or have permission to use it. By uploading, you confirm that you have that right.
• Licence to us. You give us a limited licence to store and process your photo and the resulting video only to provide the service to you, keep it safe, and meet legal obligations.
• Your results. As between you and us, you may use videos generated from your account for personal and commercial purposes, as far as the law allows. AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright in some countries.
• Template footage. Some templates are based on short clips from publicly posted footage. The original source is credited next to each template. Using a template does not give you any rights to the original footage or to any third-party trademark shown in it, and it does not mean the original owner endorses this service or your video.
• Privacy by default. Your uploads and results are private to your account unless you choose to share them.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to create, upload or share:

1. Images of real people, faces, or anything meant to imitate or impersonate a real person (deepfakes).
2. Sexual content of any kind, and anything involving minors. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
3. Violent, hateful, harassing or threatening content.
4. Content meant to deceive, such as presenting an AI video as real footage of an accident, a crime, a product launch or a news event.
5. Photos you do not have the right to use, or content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
6. Content that breaks the law where you live.

You also must not try to bypass the photo check, the template system, rate limits or payment, scrape the service, or attack or overload it.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

If you see content or behaviour on the service that breaks these Terms or your rights, email support@flyingcaraivideo.com with the subject "Content report" and include the video link or task ID and a short explanation. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

If we find a violation, we may remove content, limit or suspend generation, or close the account. Credits on an account closed for a serious violation are forfeited and not refunded. If you think we made a mistake, reply to our notice and we will review it again.

8. Disclaimers

The service and all generated videos are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending Your Use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the service. If we stop offering the service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund unused purchased credits.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell signed-in users before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
