1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Flying Car AI Video ("we", "us"), the operator of flyingcaraivideo.com, handles personal data when you visit the site, create an account, upload a vehicle photo, generate a video or buy credits.

2. What We Collect

• Account data: your name, email address, profile picture and sign-in identifiers. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information Google shares.
• Photos and videos: the vehicle photo you upload, the stunt template you pick, and the video generated from it.
• Purchases: the credit pack you bought, the amount, the date, and the order status. Card details are entered on our payment provider's checkout page. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Credits and activity: your credit balance, credit history, and the status of each video task.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention and fixing errors.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email or through support tickets.

We do not ask for or want photos of people. The service is for vehicles only.

3. How We Use It

• To run the service: check your photo, generate your video, store it in your account and let you download it.
• To manage your account, credits, purchases and refunds.
• To keep the service safe: check photos automatically before any credits are charged, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and meet legal obligations.
• To answer support requests and send essential account emails, such as sign-in links and receipts.
• To understand overall usage and improve the service, using aggregate statistics.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.

4. Who Processes Your Data

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, and only as needed for that purpose:

• AI providers: your photo and the template's fixed prompt are sent to our AI providers to check the photo and generate the video.
• Cloud hosting and storage: the site runs on Cloudflare, and photos and videos are stored in cloud storage.
• Payments: our payment provider processes checkout and refunds.
• Email: an email provider delivers sign-in and account emails.
• Analytics (when enabled): Google Analytics or Plausible measure page visits. See our Cookie Policy.

Some providers are in other countries, including the United States. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

5. Privacy of Your Videos

Your uploaded photos and generated videos are private to your account by default. They are only shown publicly if you choose to share them. Every generated video is marked as AI-generated.

6. How Long We Keep It

• Account data, purchases and credit history: while your account is open, and afterwards as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal records.
• Photos and videos: while your account is open, or until you ask us to delete them. We recommend downloading videos you want to keep.
• Technical logs: for a limited period for security and debugging.

7. Security

We use HTTPS for all traffic and restrict access to stored files and accounts. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data from unauthorized access.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or limit some processing. To make a request, email support@flyingcaraivideo.com from the address on your account. We will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

The service is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell signed-in users.
